Human
Power Source : Guardian Beast (GB)Guardian Beasts are primordial soul-bound entities, born with their human host. They are not summoned or trained — they are part of the person’s very being, shaped by their nature, emotions, and destiny.
Most remain dormant until triggered by extreme emotion, danger, or growth. Once awakened, they grant powers that evolve alongside the host. Some fight by their side. Others fight through them.
In Birthland, Guardian Beasts define power. A person's role in society, military rank, or even their survival can hinge on the strength of their Beast.
But power invites cruelty.
A secretive group known only as The Hollow Brand has begun targeting those with strong Guardian Beasts — abducting them, tearing the beasts from their souls through forbidden rituals. Some are forcibly merged with other beasts, creating monstrous hybrids. Others are implanted into new hosts, with mixed results:
- Some survive, but become hollow-eyed and unstable.
- Some are twisted beyond recognition, their Guardian Beasts mutated into abominations.
- Most die screaming — their souls torn apart in the process.
The worst of them?
Still walk among the living. And their Beasts remember the pain.
Class Trait
Each Guardian Beast’s nature influences not only their form but also the combat style they grant their host. While every GB is unique, they often follow these primal archetypes — though exceptions do exist, shaped by the host’s will, training, or deeper bond :
- Avian-type: Agile and sharp-eyed, these beasts specialize in precision attacks from range.
- Herbivore-type: Built with raw strength and endurance, they excel in brute force and direct combat.
- Carnivore-type: Fast, aggressive, and deadly, these beasts favor close-range slashes, ambushes, and assassinations.
- Fish-type: Swift and fluid, they grant exceptional mobility, healing, or evasive techniques.
- Insectoid-type: Strange and mystical, these beasts channel magic through poison, illusions, or swarm-like techniques.
- Reptile-type: Cold-blooded and cunning, they excel in sustained pressure, stealth, and status-based tactics like venom or petrification.
- Myth/Legend-type: Powerful and unpredictable, they often bend the laws of reality with supernatural abilities.
Celestian
Power Source : Soul Armor (SA)Soul Armor is the divine manifestation of one's spirit — a celestial armor awakened from within, forged not by hand but by purity, purpose, and unshakable will. It is a gift, not an inheritance, bestowed only upon those chosen by the sacred laws of the Heavensky Kingdom.
Unlike Guardian Beasts, Soul Armor does not think, speak, or live. Yet it is holy — a mirror of its bearer’s inner virtue, elemental bond, and divine path. Each armor is unique, shaped by the essence of the one who wears it.
Those who wield Soul Armor gain immense strength, resilience beyond mortal limits, and access to miraculous powers
Creature of The Dark (Vampire, Lich , Corrupted, Fallen , Mutated)
Power Source : Curse Mark (CM)
The Curse Mark is a brand of unnatural power, either inherited by blood or inflicted through dark rites. Those born with it — such as Vampires, Liches, or other Creatures of the Dark — carry the curse in their very soul, granting them unnatural strength, longevity, or magic. Others gain it through forbidden rituals, demonic contracts, or exposure to tainted realms, trading humanity for monstrous gifts.
Curse Marks awaken powers tied to corruption, shadow, death, or sin, often mutating the host’s body and mind over time. Each mark is unique, often tied to a primal instinct or forbidden domain, from blood hunger to soul-burning wrath. The more one leans into their curse, the more power they wield — at the cost of slowly becoming something inhuman.
Though feared and shunned, those who bear Curse Marks are among the most dangerous beings in existence — walking weapons shaped by damnation itself.
Beastkin, Elf
“The world bends — not to will, but to presence.”
The Domain is not cast like a spell, nor invoked like prayer. It is claimed. A Domain is a manifestation of the wielder’s deepest instinct, memory, or nature — a territory of soul imposed upon reality itself.
Those who command a Domain do not fight in the world — they fight with it. When a Beastkin or Elf awakens their Domain, the environment becomes a living extension of their being:
- A snowfield can be summoned in the heart of summer.
- Sandstorms rise in the middle of the forest.
- Shadows stretch unnaturally across sacred ground.
- Gravity bends, time slows, color drains — or stars fall.
To step into a Domain is to enter their world, a playground or battlefield where the usual laws no longer apply. The stronger the soul, the greater the reach. Some ancient Domain wielders were said to manifest entire ecosystems or fractured reflections of distant realms.
But there is a danger.
A Domain reflects its master’s truth — and if that truth becomes twisted, corrupted, or broken… the Domain may turn on its wielder, consuming them in the very world they created.
